3. Download, Print and Sign the Medical Release Form and bring with you
to the first class. Forms will also be provided at the classes.

Registration
is available per session. Payment options are cheque, cash or Visa or Mastercard. Payment must be
received prior to start of class.
Registrations cancelled before the first class are subject to a $25 fee.
No refunds are given after the first class, however, we will issue credit valid for 12 months from the start date of the canceled class. No credits will be granted after the second class. We offer one (1) makeup class per session to accommodate for absences. It can be made up during the subsequent session or at another location. Please speak to your Instructor.
To ensure a high quality program, class size is limited.

Shop n' Stroll Registration:
Sponsored by your local shopping centre. Free to attend.
Registration is ongoing
as this is a drop-in program. Depending on the city
the program is offered once or twice a week. Wavier form and medical health form must be completed before particpating in your first class.
